• Documents		Lease signed 6 Mar 1788 by Stanton Baley for land at Little Hoosick [now Petersburgh] in the East Manor of Rensselaerwyck.
  		Signatures of Baley Family Members Taken from Rensselaerwyck Documents. Note that the signature on the 1793 deed differs from that of Thomas Baly (Thomas 4th) on his 1773 lease both in the spelling of Baley and the form of the B, but it is similar to that of Thomas Baley, Jr. (Thomas 5th) on his 1773 lease. The fact that Thomas did not use Junior on 1793 deed, suggests that Thomas 4th was dead at that time. (The deed is shown on the page of Thomas 5th. ) Also, note that Thomas Jr., Stanton, and Elisha all spelled their name Baley.
