    25 Aug 1705, Abell Janes and Mary his wife of Northampton, Hampshire County, Massachusetts Bay sold for 215 pounds to Nathaniel Dwight of the same place the house and land where they now live in Northampton and several other parcels of land.
    Witnesses: William King, Samuel Allen and Joseph Hauley.
